The Quinta de Santa Eufemia is, among many others, a reliquary of the unique history of the Douro Valley, the oldest wine region delimited and regulated in the world (in 1756). It is located on the south bank of the Douro, along more than 45 hectares of vineyards, producing the richest caste grapes, whose vinification is made in granite cellars, traditionally staggered, in order to extract its best components. Aging is done in oak barrels, then the wine must be selected to find the perfect lots.
