Article 1 – Object

This contract determines the rights and obligations of the company PORTOLOGIA SASU and the customer in connection with the sale of goods offered through the site https://www.portologia.com

The Terms & Conditions constitute the entirety of rights and obligations of the parties, no additional condition can be added into it. It is not possible to buy a property on the website portologia.com without accepting these terms and conditions.

portologia.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time.

Article 3 – Characteristics of goods and services offered

The PORTOLOGIA SASU company informs the customer of all the essential characteristics of the goods offered.
In general, these characteristics concern the dimensions, weights, quantities, colors, components of the goods offered. These features appear in support to the photo illustrating the offer. The consumer acknowledges that the photo representing the product on the website is only indicative.
The products presented on the site comply with the French legislation in force and the standards applicable in France. Unless otherwise indicated, PORTOLOGIA SASU does not limit the proposed offer geagraphically.

Products offers is valid as long as they are are displayed to the customer on the portologia.com website.

The customer is aware that the property will be delivered by mail.

Article 3 – Contractuel conditions

All prices are quoted in euro and all taxes included including VAT, but excluding shipping costs.

Delivery charges are indicated on the consultation page of your cart, on the page of the choice of the delivery date and, finally, before validating the order to make the payment.

In addition to accepting the content of the order, this validation implies the acceptance of all of these terms and conditions.

Article 6 – Payment

To pay for the order, the customer has the following payment options :

  • by cerdit vard Via, Eurocard / Mastercard

Article 7 – Right and withdrawal period

portologia.com understands that any customer who is not satisfied with the products ordered on the website may exercise his right of withdrawal in the best conditions.

Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code states that the period ot legal right of withdrawal is seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product.

For commercial purposes, the withdrawal period for goods and services for sale on the portologia.com website is extended to fifteen (15) days from the receipt by the customer of the ordered good or the execution of the service.

The customer returning the product within this period has the right to exchange or refund the price of the product ordered and the reimbursement of delivery costs. Delivery costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer.
The products must imperatively be returned in a perfect state of resale, in their state of origin (packing, accessories, notices …) and duly sealed.

The right of withdrawal can not be exercised for fresh products (difficulties of forwarding, risks of deterioration and fast expiry).

Article 8 – Terms of repayment

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company PORTOLOGIA SASU undertakes to reimburse the customer the sums paid and without charge within a maximum period of 30 days.
Note that the customer can also choose the exchange of the product.

Article 9 – Delivery

General rules

portologia.com ‘undertakes to deliver the products ordered within 30 days from the order.
If one of the products is unavailable or out of stock, the customer will be informed at the earliest and may cancel the order. He may then request the exchange of the product or its refund.

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form, in mainland France.
Invoices will be sent by email to the e-mail address indicated by the customer when creating the customer account or when placing the order.


The goods always travel at the risk of the recipient. portologia.com applies a schedule of decreasing rates according to the amount of the order before shipping.

Book and remove your product directly in the store by selecting “In-Store Withdrawal”. In-store withdrawals allow free shipping. In-store withdrawals can only be made by appointment via commande@portologia.com.

Force majeure shall include strikes, civil or foreign war, riots, acts of terrorism, total or partial destruction of premises and production or other facilities, manufacturing incidents, disturbances in transport, supply difficulties, customs measures of any nature or origin, or any other fortuitous event that prevents or delays totally or partially the performance of portologia.com’s obligations.

As a first step, the event of force majeure, envisaged below, suspends the execution of the contract; if the event of force majeure has a duration greater than one (1) month, the customer would then have the possibility to cancel the order in progress and it would then proceed to its refund under the conditions set out in article 9 of these conditions general sales terms.

Article 14 – Partial invalidity

If one or more stipulations of the present general conditions of sale were judged illegal or null, this nullity would not have the effect of causing the nullity of the other provisions of these conditions which would keep all their force and their range.
