Shipping, Returns & Deliveries

Portologia.com offers 5 types of deliveries, to better adapt to your preferences and your requirements. These devices and their pricing conditions are valid only in metropolitan France.

Below is the list of applied rates:

  • Delivery in relay point with Mondial Relay : close to your place of work or your home, choose from 6300 relay points in France to pick up your package (3-4 business days) on https://www.mondialrelay.fr/trouver-le-point-relais-le-plus-proche-de-chez-moi/ Tariff grid adapted to the rates implemented by Mondial Relay & Packlink (associated shipping manager).
  • Home delivery in Colissimo 48h : delivery in 48h, working days, following the preparation of the order. In case of absence from your home, a notice will be deposited, you will then have 15 days to recover your parcels at the post office indicated. Price structure adapted to the rates implemented by Colissimo & Packlink (associated shipping manager).
  • Home delivery in Chronopost 13h : if the order is placed before 10 am in the morning, delivery before 13h the next day. Rate grid adapted to the rates implemented by Chronopost & Packlink (associated shipping manager).
  • Home delivery in 24h Chronopost : if the order is placed before 15h, delivery before 18h the next day. Rate grid adapted to the rates implemented by Chronopost & Packlink (associated shipping manager).
  • Home delivery in 24h UPS : if the order is placed before 10h, delivery before 13h the next day otherwise delivery before 18h the next day. Rate grid adapted to the rates implemented by Chronopost & Packlink (associated shipping manager).

 

PLEASE NOTE : Mondial Relay is closed on Mondays, orders placed today with this provider will be taken into account on Tuesday.

No departure from the warehouse or shipping on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed these days will be taken into account on Monday.

CONCERNING RATES : Please also note that in addition to the standard rates in force regarding the delivery costs, are added € 2 packaging & packaging costs and package tracking.

ATTENTION : check carefully your package upon delivery. At the slightest sign of possible breakage of a bottle (leaky cardboard for example), you can refuse the package to the carrier. He will return to our warehouse and a new package will be sent to you at our expense.

If the order presents a problem after opening the package (corked bottle, reference error …), please let us know by writing to paris@portologia.com, with your order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Expeditions abroad

Portologia.com also offers shipping abroad in a number of European & European Union countries. Delivery costs vary depending on the destination country. In addition, it should be noted that delivery methods also vary according to those available in the countries concerned (UPS / Chronoposte / Mondial Relais / etc …). You can find the list of available shippers when selecting them at the time of payment & validation of your order.

CONCERNING RATES : Please note a specificity regarding shipping abroad. In fact, packaging & packaging costs are higher during shipment abroad. Please take into account an unchanged add-on of € 2 for all French-speaking countries & for Portugal, as well as an addition of € 5 here for other available countries. The list below will include the allocation of different fees for a better understanding.
